Delivery & Returns


CAN I REQUEST A TIME SLOT OR A SATURDAY DELIVERY?

All deliveries are sent on a next day delivery basis. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and from the 23rd of December to the 4th of January. Orders sent out on a Friday will be delivered the next business day i.e. Monday. For a small surcharge these can be sent on a Friday to be received on a Saturday, please enquire for details.

All deliveries can be sent to appear before 09:30 for a small surcharge, please enquire for details.

ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS TO DELIVERY?

We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.

You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.

Your delivery will be made on a lorry or van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is a likely problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction or parking, it is within a time zone restriction; please inform us at the time of order so we can discuss alternative delivery options. Failed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge.

Title of goods remain with Tacit until full payment has been received.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?

Very occasionally damage may occur during the transportation of goods which we apologise for in advance. It is therefore important to check and sign for your order on arrival. If you are unfortunate to receive any damaged items, or there are missing item(s) please make sure it is noted on the couriers paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us within 24 hours to make sure we aware of the problem. We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses after delivery has been signed for.

Where goods are refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return, we reserve the right to pass on any carriage charges that we incur.
